Biona Organic Whole Sesame Tahini 250g

Biona Organic Tahini is made using whole sesame seeds which are freshly roasted before milling. We add a touch of sea salt to further enhance flavour but nothing more. No sugar, palm fat or emulsifiers, only the natural ingredient, which means you receive all the nutritional benefits and taste. An essential ingredient for any houmous lover, Tahini turns chickpeas into food heaven, giving houmous its distinctive creamy texture and taste. Tahini’s natural, nutty flavour often gets overlooked but is delicious enjoyed on its own as a dip or spread liberally over crackers and toast. Try adding to salad dressings for greater depth of flavour or mix with garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and roasted vegetables for a twist on a quick pasta sauce. With nothing but 100% whole roasted Sesame Seeds inside, the nut oil may separate on occasion but this does not affect the quality of the product.  Simply stir to restore to its natural consistency and enjoy!
