- Cat anti-jump window safety net Rajah Spices Chana Masala Powder 80g

Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes

What You Need:
4 tbsp oil
2 onions, diced
1 tsp garlic puree
1/2 tsp ginger puree
4 tomatoes, diced
40g Rajah Chana Masala spice blend
400g can chick peas, rinsed and drained
1 tsp salt

Optional Garnish
2 tbsp coriander leaves, freshly chopped, a small chopped onion or red chilli

Method:
1 Heat oil in a saucepan.
2 Add onions and fry for 10 minutes until soft and golden.
3 Add garlic and ginger and fry for 1 minute.
4 Add tomatoes and continue to stir fry for 4-5 minutes on a low heat.
5 Add Rajah Chana Masala spice blend and continue frying for 3-4 minutes.
6 Stir in chickpeas, 200ml of water and salt.
7 Cook for a further 4-5 minutes, then garnish with coriander leaves, chopped onions or red chilli.
Alternatively, use 125g dried chick peas, soaked overnight, and then pressure cooked according to manufacturers instructions.
